What Does a Branding Session Look Like?

One of the services I'm most excited about offering are my RJM Branding Sessions for small businesses. Branding Sessions involve producing photos and video elements that are consistent with your business's brand and voice for you to share on social media, newsletters, or even local advertising*! 

So what do these sessions look like? I'm so glad you asked!

*There are additional opportunities for commercial advertising on streaming services, social media platforms, movie theaters, and local television broadcast channels for additional fees. This service is not automatically included in my RJM Branding Sessions, but if that's something that interests you then let's talk! I have experience in this area and would love to introduce to the world of advertising to include that in your package.

First we'll have a consultation to determine where your brand is at, what your goals are, and to see if we're a good fit! This consultation will help us determine whether you have a new business that needs a complete brand creation from the ground-up, or if you have an established brand that simply needs an updated look. After that, we will get into the nitty gritty of brand building. Here are some of the basics that you can expect for us to hash out together:

1. Establishing your brand's mission, values, and voice
2. Selecting a color palette and theme that is consistent with the mission, values, and voice.
3. We'll select and schedule out our shoot date(s). This means that we'll pick a time and place to shoot our photo and video media.
4. We'll create a first-draft storyboard of your video element. I'll refine this later and send you the final draft for approval before production. 
5. We'll meet up for production and get all the media that is part of your package. 
6. I'll spend the next three weeks in post-production, editing your photos and videos to match the branding we established at the beginning.
7. Delivery! I'll send off your photos and video elements to you.
8. As an added bonus, I'll create a specialized social media calendar for you based on the digital content we create to help you kickstart your online presence. This will include 15 days of posting ideas, sample copywriting for your posts, and tips on how to make your brand's personality pop out in each post. 

Okay, this is all great, but what if I sign up for one of your subscription services?

​We'll get together and do steps 3-7 all over again throughout the year! Our subscription packages are awesome opportunities for you to have seasonal, digital content to use throughout the year.
