One of my favorite gifts to give someone for Christmas are photos. I like sharing the memories captured in photographs with family and friends, and I like sharing my hobby with those I love. This year, I've compiled some of my favorite gifts I've given or received and the companies I've used in the past to help you find the photo gifts that are just right for your loved ones!
Photo books are one of my favorite gifts to give people for Christmas! There are so many ways you can tell stories with these and recap the year. I've bought photo books through Shutterfly.com and Mixbook.com and enjoyed both products. This is a labor of love, so I would allow ample time in compiling your photo book, depending on how many photos you would like to share.
Update: I just ordered two photo books through the Chatbooks app and I really liked the process. It was one of the fastest experiences I've had creating a photo book and I really like their templates. I haven't received the photo books yet so quality is still a question mark for me. But let me tell ya, the process was so simple and quick! You can copy and past my referral code below get your first book free (up to $10 off).

3. Canvas Prints from Canvasondemand.com + Snapfish.com
We currently have two large, canvas prints hanging in our house and I really like the quality of each canvas. One is a photograph of us on our wedding day and the other is one of us at Christmastime the year we were engaged. Both were gifted to us from my mom-in-law and I have them hanging up year-round. Both companies offer a variety of deals throughout the year so be sure to shop around for the best one.
4. Christmas Cards from Postable.com
I've learned that I am notoriously bad at getting cards out to people in a timely fashion. I love the sentiment of sending personal greetings to people but we have so many people on our list to send them to that I rarely get the job done on my own. Postable has been a great discovery! You can choose a card design or create your own and upload your photos to them. Then you select the card type you'd like (postcard, small card + envelope, etc.), write your greeting, and boom! You've got a card. You can also choose to either have the cards sent to your house before sending them to family + friends or you can have Postable.com send them off with postage included in your price! Be sure to check in with them often and sign up for email updates so you can take advantage of the free postage deals they offer year-round.
5. Prints + Frames
This is a simple gift that can mean a lot to family + friends. The last 3 Christmases I've gifted photos in frames to many people in our family and it brings joy to my heart when I walk into loved ones' homes and see the sweet spaces they've placed my photo gifts in. This is a wonderful gift that's affordable and meaningful. I usually choose inexpensive prints + frames from Walmart. However, you have a lot of options here. Just be sure to do your research on local printers
I hope this gives you a few ideas of photos gifts you can give to your loved ones this Christmas season! Have fun getting the creative juices flowing for those unique gifts just waiting to be made!
God bless you,
